The role collaborates with security, housekeeping, engineering, vendors, and facility teams while maintaining professional service standards, hygiene, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.

Leads civil engineering project planning, design, analysis, and execution for infrastructure projects. Reviews engineering documents, manages budgets, schedules, resources, and risks, mentors engineers, coordinates with clients and contractors, conducts site inspections, ensures regulatory and safety compliance, and supports permits, tenders, estimates, and continuous improvement.

Provide front-desk and telephony support, manage visitors, coordinate facility management and security access, assist with data entry, vendor bill verification, mail and travel bookings, liaise with contractors and telecom agencies, and help implement FM and EH&S procedures.
