Create and execute property-level marketing and communications focusing on F&B promotions. Manage digital, social, email, display advertising, PR, collateral, photography, and local media relations. Coordinate with eCommerce, revenue management, operations, and agencies to drive awareness, engagement, and incremental revenue for the hotel.

Support property segmented sales efforts by implementing sales strategies, pursuing bookings, generating proposals/contracts, analyzing market and revenue data, collaborating with revenue management and internal teams, and delivering exemplary guest-focused service to meet sales and revenue goals.

Proactively solicit, sell, and manage large group and catering accounts; upsell services, negotiate contracts, coordinate handoffs for service delivery, conduct site inspections, and build customer relationships to achieve property and personal revenue goals.
