Supports global R&D controlling and finance operations, including month-end closing, project settlements, accruals, contract accounting, cost tracking, headcount reporting, Capex forecasting, cash forecasting, and FX exposure reporting. Maintains engineering project financial master data and supports SAP S/4HANA transformation. Partners with controllers, accounting teams, and global stakeholders while improving financial planning, reporting, compliance, and analytical processes.

Develop, optimize, and maintain automated test systems for automotive electronics using LabVIEW/TestStand; perform failure analysis, debug test equipment (PXI/PCI), execute RF and vision tests (Cognex/Banner), analyze test data, and coordinate test instrument procurement, calibration, and documentation to improve product reliability.

Lead development, debugging, and validation of LabVIEW/TestStand-based testers and hardware (NI PXI/PCI). Develop test cases, debug existing testers, support manufacturing failure analysis, review test and PCB designs, manage test equipment procurement/calibration, and generate test reports and documentation.

Owns SAP IBP supply chain planning solutions across demand and supply planning, inventory, response planning, and S&OP. Responsibilities include configuring and enhancing SAP IBP, designing end-to-end planning processes and data models, integrating with SAP ECC and S/4HANA, supporting solution architecture, and leading implementation workstreams. The role also manages risks, dependencies, testing, troubleshooting, governance, and continuous improvement.
