Drive growth across staking, liquid staking, and on-chain yield products by growing TVL, revenue, and active users. Build DeFi, blockchain, and institutional partnerships; design campaigns; evaluate product performance and risks; recommend product iterations; and coordinate Product, Marketing, Research, and Risk teams to deliver roadmap initiatives and unified operations.
