Own budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, variance analysis, SaaS KPI analysis, and decision support for a growing SaaS business. Partner with finance and business stakeholders on profitability, pricing, ROI, and strategic initiatives. Support financial close, data integrity, controls, reporting automation, and audit requests while delivering actionable recommendations to leadership.

Manage multiple enterprise software implementation projects from planning through adoption. Responsibilities include project scheduling, risk, scope, change and budget management; customer workshops and executive presentations; stakeholder communication; vendor and implementation partner coordination; escalation management; and ensuring milestones, quality standards, support SLAs and customer success criteria are achieved. The role also requires Legion product expertise, bug and enhancement prioritization, and advising customers on workforce management best practices.

Reviews customer contracts and creates sales orders in NetSuite, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and billing. Prepares reconciliations and journal entries for deferred revenue, unbilled accounts receivable, commissions, deposits, and the general ledger. Partners with Sales and Legal on contract risks, supports payroll data validation across countries, and contributes to cost-control initiatives, planning, and accounting projects.

Serves as the primary technical contact for assigned customers, providing product guidance, system configuration and optimization recommendations, issue coordination, release-readiness support, and feature-adoption enablement. Partners with customer administrators and internal Support, Engineering, and Product teams to resolve complex issues, analyze support trends, and align platform usage with business goals. Maintains trusted customer relationships through regular reviews and communicates technical concepts effectively to nontechnical stakeholders.

Lead enterprise software implementation projects for Legion’s workforce management platform. Configure, test, and deploy solutions; conduct customer workshops, training, and configuration reviews; manage implementation plans, expectations, scope, and timelines; and support data loads, system initialization, and rollout activities. Maintain product expertise, communicate releases, identify enhancements, and advocate for customer needs. The role also contributes to implementation methodology, consultant certification, mentoring, governance, and Center of Excellence initiatives.
