Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Data & Journeys). Design data ingestion pipelines, identity resolution, segmentation, activation, and omnichannel real-time journeys. Integrate with MarTech/AdTech and Azure services, define environment/ALM/governance, ensure privacy and deliverability, and establish monitoring, KPIs, and personalization strategies to drive lifecycle marketing outcomes.

Design and deliver proactive and RFP-based digital workplace solutions; collaborate with sales, presales, alliances, partners and delivery SMEs; develop frameworks, accelerators and service offerings; manage service roadmap and reviews; provide expertise in desktop engineering, endpoint management, virtual workspace, service desk and conversational/self-service technologies; use tools like Chat/ChatBot/ChatGPT, email parsers and self-heal solutions.

Develop .NET/C# services and MVC portals, enforce architecture and coding standards, conduct code reviews, produce user stories/design artifacts, and guide development teams. Work within Agile/Scrum using Azure DevOps and contribute to CRM best practices and integrations.

Manage and configure Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds, perform backups, apply patches, support integrations (Outlook, HubSpot), handle production incidents, configure CPQ, data loads, reports/dashboards, security (profiles/roles/SSO), and train users. Requires Salesforce admin/platform certifications and managed-services/support experience.

Develop and deploy AI/ML models using Python. Focus on model development, production deployment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Communicate findings, solve technical problems, and work in a fast-paced environment. React and TypeScript experience and AI security/risk familiarity are nice-to-haves.
