Leads Master Data Management initiatives to improve consistency and integrity across platforms. Collaborates with business, analytics, application, and engineering teams, while supporting database, data warehouse, integration, and ETL pipeline efforts aligned with business, regulatory, security, and performance requirements.

Provides Tier III network engineering support, serving as an escalation point for lower-level NOC teams. Reviews projects and changes, develops methods of procedure, troubleshoots routing and switching issues, coordinates WAN fault resolution, documents incidents, leads problem management and root-cause analysis, identifies network failure risks, evaluates architecture gaps, and reports NOC performance.
