Lead configuration, maintenance, and support of Workday HCM modules. Gather and translate business requirements, develop business processes, security and reporting, manage releases and testing, troubleshoot production issues, collaborate across HR/IT/stakeholders, and mentor junior consultants to deliver scalable Workday HCM solutions.

Provide L1 functional support for Workday HCM: triage and resolve incidents across Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Security, BPs, reporting and inbound EIBs; perform configuration and maintenance; manage support queues and SLAs; collaborate with HR, IT, and stakeholders; document processes and KB articles; assist testing and deployments; mentor junior staff and escalate complex issues to L2/L3.

Lead functional design and delivery for Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations. Gather requirements, map processes, design configurations, oversee data migration, integrations, testing, deployment, documentation, and training. Serve as client-facing subject-matter expert, collaborate with technical/onshore-offshore teams and third-party partners, and ensure successful global project delivery.

Lead technical design, development, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions. Translate requirements into scalable architectures, perform hands-on X++ development and extensibility work, manage integrations and CI/CD processes, mentor teams, enforce coding standards, troubleshoot production issues, and manage deployments via LCS while ensuring Microsoft best practices and security.

Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O technical solutions across full project lifecycles. Perform X++ development, data migrations and integrations (DIXF/DMF, OData, REST, SOAP), SSRS reporting, SQL Server optimization, environment/configuration, deployments via ALM/TFS/Azure DevOps, code reviews, performance tuning, and post-go-live support while collaborating with functional teams and producing technical documentation.

Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud and EBS SCM implementations across P2P and O2C. Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, configure SCM modules, manage integrations, data migration, testing, cutover and post-go-live support, and deliver documentation and training.
