The Associate Staff Consultant in Search Engine Marketing will assist in solving client challenges and enhance team collaboration using their coding and technical expertise.

Define technical strategy, design scalable LLM inference and RAG platforms, frontend AI UX, and reusable GenAI components. Ensure security, privacy, governance, and enterprise readiness while partnering with product and engineering teams and conducting POCs and technical reviews.

Lead and scale a ServiceNow Center of Excellence: define roadmap and governance, architect and implement ServiceNow solutions (App Engine and AI features), build reusable accelerators and integrations, enable citizen development, drive enterprise adoption, and mentor cross-functional teams.

Lead architecture and delivery of Optimizely-based CMS/Commerce solutions. Design scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures; integrate with third-party systems; implement experimentation and personalization; mentor teams; support pre-sales and client engagements; and embed Optimizely Opal AI to automate workflows and intelligence.

Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management implementations and AMS: run workshops, perform fit-gap analysis, configure SCM modules, prepare functional design and test artifacts, support SIT/UAT and go-live, provide hypercare and L2/L3 support, perform RCA, manage SLAs and change, and mentor junior consultants.

Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM implementations and provide L2/L3 functional support.
