As a Senior Atlassian Platform Engineer, you will administer and support Jira and Confluence platforms, automate tasks, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with various teams to enhance performance and stability.

Own and evolve product metrics, investigate anomalies and conversion bottlenecks, validate hypotheses, and identify growth opportunities. Design, monitor, and analyze A/B tests, including sample sizing, randomization, guardrail metrics, tracking requirements, and actionable recommendations. Partner with Product and functional leads to prioritize high-impact problems, maintain metric definitions and experiment archives, and proactively identify data-quality issues.

Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO: manage calendars, meetings, communications, documents, travel, payments, and vendor coordination. Handle confidential matters, routine tasks independently, and assist with personal appointments and events.

Lead training and fine-tuning of generative computer-vision models (text2image, image2image, video2image) including IP-adapters; develop image/video classifiers, rankers, and captioning models; track CV research and define roadmap; build iterative model improvement and quality validation systems; optimize inference performance (diffusion optimization, quantization, kernel/framework-level); optionally train multimodal CV+NLP companions.

Lead marketing analytics: own reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data quality; monitor KPIs; run A/B tests and experiments; build attribution, forecasting, segmentation, and budget-allocation models; automate workflows and drive continuous measurement improvements.

Manage calendar, travel, and documents for the founder while coordinating a team of 4. Oversee budgeting, personal assets, and operational tasks, ensuring high confidentiality and service levels.
