As a Senior Engineer, you will engage in developing and modifying HVAC equipment, manage software and control systems, and ensure safe operations. Strong communication with various stakeholders and decision-making in equipment design is critical.

Supports annual budgeting, monthly and quarterly forecasting, driver-based financial modeling, variance analysis, and monthly reporting for SG&A and plant manufacturing costs. Collects and validates departmental data, maintains budget templates, prepares cost schedules and trend analyses, evaluates cost-saving initiatives, documents planning processes, and escalates significant variances to plant leadership and FP&A management.

Configure, support, and improve Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Distribution and SCM modules. Gather requirements, create functional specifications and process documentation, perform gap analysis, develop test scripts, support UAT, train users, resolve issues, and manage Oracle Service Requests. The role partners with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash solutions.

Develops and validates thermal-fluid, mechanical, and GT-SUITE models for HVACR and compressor technology. Independently manages technology and advanced product development projects from concept through validation, performing engineering calculations, design reviews, testing, troubleshooting, optimization, and performance analysis. Coordinates with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, and laboratory teams to deliver innovative, manufacturable solutions, improve processes, and meet project schedules and quality targets.

Design Engineer responsible for creating and modifying 3D models and 2D drawings for compressor and tubing designs. Manages engineering change notices, bills of materials, PLM workflows, version control, and design documentation. Applies GD&T, tolerance stack-up, manufacturing-process knowledge, and design standards to ensure product fit, quality, and manufacturability. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, conducts design reviews, supports process improvements, and contributes to timely, accurate engineering deliverables.

Supports new product qualification, OEM and channel applications, cold chain contractor calculations, technical documentation, sample coordination, and application data analysis. Handles customer issues by coordinating with sales, plants, engineering, quality, and customers to resolve field or manufacturing problems, arrange compressor teardowns, document findings, and initiate corrective actions.

Design complex PCB layouts for variable speed drives from concept to manufacture. Translate schematics and mechanical constraints into optimized high-speed, mixed-signal power electronics boards. Define stack-ups, layout rules, impedance control, EMC/thermal strategies, perform design reviews, and prepare manufacturing data while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on increasing sales revenue for the Heat Pump product line by developing and executing regional sales strategies, supporting the sales team, and identifying new business opportunities.
