Responsible for analyzing and providing support for implementing Oracle Enterprise Applications. Requires interaction with users and technical teams for analysis and problem-solving.

Own the full product lifecycle for HVACR and climate technologies: develop 5-year roadmaps, manage P&L, translate VoC and market insights into product requirements, support pricing and sales enablement, partner cross-functionally to deliver and refine products, and ensure product data integrity and lifecycle documentation to drive revenue, profitability, and customer adoption.

Lead the firmware quality assurance department by developing test strategies, validating hardware and firmware, and implementing quality processes. Collaborate with teams to define quality requirements, test methodologies, and analyze results for improvements.

The Senior Power Electronics EMC Engineer will design, test, and ensure EMC compliance of electronic systems in HVACR products, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to manage testing and documentation.
