Manage end-to-end billing and invoicing for assigned projects, track project finances and credit control, support tender and proposal preparation, organize project documentation, and provide general administrative support to the Project Management team.

Responsibilities include producing project plans, monitoring time/cost/quality, tracking progress and changes, liaising with stakeholders, coordinating meetings and drafting minutes, and preparing progress reports. Serve as client representative to deliver complex construction projects from design handover through operational handover. Manage design and construction teams, chair client meetings, maintain project documentation, control scope, schedule, quality, safety and compliance, lead NEC contract management (CEMAR, EWNs, CEs), manage risks, change control and stakeholder engagement, and implement project governance and reporting to meet GMP and client objectives.

Lead and manage building projects as the client representative: develop project plans, manage contractor and designer teams, monitor performance with KPIs, oversee resourcing, and maintain quality, safety and environmental (HSE) controls while leading cross-functional teams on large-scale facilities (factories, data centres, offices, commercial).

Lead delivery of cost management services across construction projects from initiation to completion. Oversee cost planning, estimating, post-contract reporting, value engineering, risk and commercial management, stakeholder engagement, team development, and invoicing controls to meet budgetary and client objectives while driving business growth and governance.

Provide operational support to the Singapore office across finance, compliance, bids and administration. Manage invoicing, AR/AP, WIP, Dynamics 365 project setup, contract and client onboarding databases, timesheet compliance, proposal support, meeting coordination, expense and travel administration, and general ad hoc business support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Provide bilingual (Japanese/English) coordination across workplace, facilities, and real-estate projects. Support vendor onboarding, procurement, stakeholder communications, meetings, change requests, site logistics, and project close-out activities to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Support construction project delivery by managing project documentation, procurement administration, purchase orders and invoices, cost trackers and reporting, project systems administration (Oracle, Procore, Tririga, SharePoint/GDrive), and ensuring governance, compliance and stakeholder coordination across project teams.

Lead all aspects of real estate project management including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, risk, client interfacing, documentation governance, progress tracking, change control, and risk mitigation throughout planning, design, construction and closeout.

Serve as the primary client sustainability contact, defining and assuring KPIs across energy, embodied/operational carbon, water, and waste. Support Sustainability Delivery Plans, review contractor compliance, coordinate stage reviews and verification (LEED/BREEAM), and compile KPI tracking data to ensure client standards and stage-gate objectives are met.
