Manage full project lifecycle for MEP works including electrical, HVAC, fire alarm, plumbing and firefighting. Support technical design, review specifications, coordinate vendors and subcontractors, supervise onsite construction, control costs and schedules, negotiate variations, and ensure compliance with sustainability/LEED and client requirements.
