Partner with the Founder & CEO to drive strategic priorities, growth, and operational execution across sales, delivery, talent, and partnerships. Lead cross-functional initiatives, build dashboards and KPIs, manage forecasts and business reviews, prepare executive and investor materials, and support GTM and market intelligence for a growing Data & AI consulting firm.

Design, build, and scale cloud-native Python backend services and data-backed applications. Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and asynchronous event-driven systems. Deploy and operate production workloads on Kubernetes and at least one public cloud (AWS or Azure). Acquire and advise high-net-worth clients (₹1Cr+), deliver financial planning and portfolio advisory across PMS, AIF, mutual funds, fixed income and alternatives. Manage client relationships, reporting, compliance, and MIS. Drive AUA growth via cross-selling, strategic sales planning, and market intelligence while maintaining governance and strong client communication.

Design, develop, test, and deploy ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and workflows in ECC/HANA environments. Optimize ABAP performance, analyze existing reports for data extraction, support IDOC/BAPI/RFC/Web Service interfaces and data migration to Incorta, perform testing and reconciliation, document work, and participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Develop and maintain web applications using .NET, SQL, and APIs; implement responsive frontends with React (or Angular/Bootstrap); ensure performance and quality; participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies; collaborate with cross-functional teams; follow version control and deliver solutions on schedule. Immediate joiner preferred.

Build and maintain scalable ETL pipelines on GCP, transform large/disconnected datasets, automate and optimize data delivery, support stakeholders, and apply data engineering best practices including testing and release management.

Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines on GCP/BigQuery using Python and Spark. Integrate systems (APIs, Oracle EBS), implement workflow orchestration, ensure data quality and security, monitor performance, and document processes while collaborating with analysts and business teams.
