Provides post-implementation functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Advanced Collections. Responsibilities include configuration, troubleshooting, reconciliation, period close support, Oracle Service Request management, patch and regression testing, release impact assessment, documentation, reporting, integrations, root cause analysis, and end-user training.

Serves as an Oracle Fusion HCM technical subject matter expert, delivering implementation, design, development, integration, conversion, reporting, workflow, security, and support solutions. Collaborates with global functional, business, and technical teams to integrate Oracle technologies. Requires expertise in BI Publisher, HCM Extract, OTBI, dashboards, personalization, Fast Formulas, HCM Data Loader, custom roles, system administration, Agile practices, and onsite-offshore delivery models.

Manage SAP procure-to-pay and source-to-pay processes across intercompany and cross-company scenarios. Configure subcontracting and consignment stock processes, track consumption, manage vendor settlements, and perform reconciliations. Support OTC and IWM integration flows, including EDI and IDoc monitoring and troubleshooting. Oversee backflush, cross-plant inventory, and co-manufacturing activities involving raw materials, subcontracting, and finished goods receipts.

Implement and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and Benefits. Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, training, data migration, solution workshops, integrations, Fast Formula development, reporting, technical troubleshooting, and batch-system optimization while collaborating with project managers, SMEs, technical teams, and customer stakeholders.

Support Oracle CX Sales applications with Redwood UI enablement, functional configuration, testing, personalization, troubleshooting, and release validation. Collaborate with technical and business teams to resolve issues, align system behavior with business processes, and drive user adoption. Create user guides, SOPs, and training materials while supporting quarterly releases, regression testing, and Oracle Application Composer customizations.

Provide consulting support for Oracle Financials, including Accounts Receivable and General Ledger modules. The role favors a techno-functional consultant, though strong functional expertise combined with solid systems understanding is acceptable. This is a remote position.

Build and support Oracle Integration Cloud integrations for Oracle HCM Recruiting, including HDL and REST API-based integrations. The role covers end-to-end solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production readiness activities in a remote environment.

Configure, deploy, and manage SailPoint Identity Security Cloud components, including application onboarding, identity profiles, roles, access profiles, lifecycle events, provisioning, reports, and certification campaigns. Troubleshoot aggregation, correlation, provisioning, and access review issues; support testing and production validation; collaborate with application owners, business users, and security teams; and maintain technical documentation aligned with identity governance, security, compliance, and audit requirements.

Leads the design, retrofit, development, testing, and deployment of inbound and outbound integrations across the Oracle EBS landscape. Owns interface inventory, impact assessments, architecture, MD070 designs, message and file specifications, error handling, monitoring, reprocessing, and alerting standards. Coordinates with middleware and platform teams, leads SIT, UAT, regression, and partner testing, and supports cutover, post-go-live monitoring, readiness sign-off, and knowledge transfer.

Develop and support data engineering workflows using Python and DataFrames. Build reliable ETL pipelines, design relational or dimensional data models, and migrate data across storage systems, formats, and environments.
