Lead operational ownership of the enterprise Azure Central Kubernetes (AKS) platform, ensuring availability, security, scalability, and lifecycle management. Manage a global Kubernetes platform engineering team, drive automation, GitOps, IaC, incident and capacity management, security/compliance, cost optimization, and executive reporting. Partner with stakeholders and vendors to increase platform adoption, reliability, and operational maturity.
