Serve as design owner and subject matter expert for large commercial battery backup systems. Invent, prototype, test, and implement design changes; create technical documentation and user manuals; troubleshoot customer-site issues; support sales; occasionally design/test equipment and operate high-voltage test gear. Regional travel every 4–6 months.

Lead V&V and test strategy for single-phase UPS products across firmware, hardware and system levels. Develop test plans, create test setups, execute/automate tests, ensure requirements traceability, produce reports, drive certification (UL, EMI/EMC/IEC), and collaborate cross-functionally to launch quality products.

Design and validate electrical hardware and control systems for industrial UPS, STS, PDUs and power equipment. Create and maintain electrical drawings and PCB schematics, perform circuit validation and debugging with test equipment, ensure standards compliance, optimize designs for manufacturing, and support field issue resolution.

Lead end-to-end testing for web and backend systems, design and maintain Python/Selenium automation frameworks, write reusable test scripts, integrate tests into CI/CD, perform manual testing where needed, track defects, mentor juniors, and deliver release readiness and quality metrics.
