Design, develop, and maintain IVR systems using VoiceXML and major IVR platforms. Build conversational AI solutions (NLU/NLP, intent identification, LLMs), integrate telephony (SIP/TDM), cloud AI services, databases (SQL/NoSQL), CRM and RPA systems, and external services via RESTful APIs using Java/Python/NodeJS/C++.

Assist with data migration, triage defects, write technical documentation, and collaborate in Agile teams under senior guidance.

Support pre-sales and solutioning for Quality Engineering and Quality Intelligence: respond to RFPs/RFIs, design solutions, create estimations and pricing, develop proposals and presentations, position AI-led QE and AI Assurance, build reusable assets, and coordinate pursuit responses with sales, delivery, SMEs, and leadership.

Develop and maintain Guidewire Digital Portal applications using Angular. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement front-end features, fixes, and integrations, ensuring code quality and timely delivery.

Lead Atlassian product migrations including Jira, Service Desk, and Confluence. Plan and execute pre/post migration testing, validate migrations, manage Jira assets, and integrate Atlassian products with ServiceNow and qTest.
