Lead the Payment Investigations team, ensuring timely resolution of payment queries, managing performance, capacity, SLAs, stakeholder relationships, escalations, compliance, risk controls, hiring, training, and continuous process improvements while delivering MIS and reporting to senior management.

Provide L2/L3 production support for Microsoft Dynamics (D365 CE/F&O/Business Central): triage and resolve incidents, debug plugins/workflows/integrations, perform RCA and fixes, manage environment refreshes and deployments with Azure DevOps, monitor performance and SQL, and collaborate with developers, BAs, and Microsoft support.

Lead customization and full-lifecycle development of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. Design application architecture, implement xRM/C# solutions, develop web services, perform code reviews, and guide teams. Integrate Dataverse, Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Pages/Portals), Azure services, and follow Agile/Scrum using Azure DevOps while communicating with stakeholders.
