Lead STIBO STEP PIM application work (Item, Location, Vendor portals) including configuration, custom development, integrations, business rules, workflows, performance testing, upgrades, and production support while ensuring security and scalable solutions.

Provide L2 cloud operational support for AWS environments: assess business impact, perform initial troubleshooting, remediate issues via data or application tools, support deployments, and coordinate with development teams to resolve software bugs.

Design, build, and maintain automation test suites from test cases for web and API applications. Apply BDD and Agile testing practices using Selenium, Cucumber, and build tools. Manage test artifacts in Xray/ALM and defects in JIRA. Work with source control, troubleshoot Windows environments, and support performance and data-driven testing.

Perform performance, load, and stress testing using tools like JMeter and Postman; develop and maintain test plans, scripts, and cases; identify and report defects; collaborate with developers to reproduce and verify fixes; document results and improve testing processes.

Test and validate Salesforce customizations, integrations, and components (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning). Create and execute manual and automated test plans, log and track defects, support UAT and post-release validation, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure quality and deployment readiness.

Design, implement, and execute manual and automated tests across web, mobile, and desktop applications. Create test plans, scripts, and frameworks, identify and track defects, collaborate with development and product teams, improve QA processes, maintain test environments, and produce test reports and documentation.

Provide desktop support for end users: troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install and configure desktops, laptops and peripherals, assist with account access, document incidents, and escalate complex problems to higher tiers.

Develop and maintain backend and frontend components using Java 17+, Spring Boot 3+, and Angular 14+. Build and consume REST APIs, work with Oracle SQL databases, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Serve as a bridge between business and IT by gathering and documenting requirements, defining and prioritizing product features as a Product Owner, conducting gap and process analyses, facilitating stakeholder workshops, supporting UAT, tracking project progress, and training end users on new features.

Design, develop and maintain scalable Java Spring Boot backends and responsive Angular UIs. Write optimized SQL, deploy to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), ensure code quality, performance and security, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Support test automation, CI/CD, and microservices practices as needed.
