Support customer and product marketing communication by organizing feedback, product questions, and feature requests; drafting customer communications; maintaining help-center and knowledge resources; creating product updates, FAQs, release notes, and education content; identifying recurring questions and knowledge gaps; and summarizing customer insights to improve communication and product adoption.

Supports planning and execution of customer campaigns, promotional initiatives, growth activations, webinars, community events, and customer sessions. Assists with event logistics, communications, attendee materials, run-of-show documents, follow-up, campaign messaging, email invitations, and creative assets. Conducts SEO and AEO keyword and content research, supports on-page optimization, researches partnership and community opportunities, and organizes post-activation feedback.
