The Braze Development Manager leads software engineering teams, providing technical guidance while overseeing implementation, design, and delivery of marketing automation solutions using Braze.

Lead design and implementation of scalable Braze solutions, build and configure campaigns, optimize data models and audience segmentation, integrate external data sources via APIs/FTP, perform SQL development and troubleshooting, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide marketing automation best practices and stakeholder-facing technical guidance.

Own and deliver complex headless frontend features using AEM and Vue 3. Build performant, accessible, secure, SEO-friendly web applications; collaborate with distributed cross-functional teams; mentor developers; use AI-assisted tools; and improve development, testing, and release processes.

Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and OmniStudio. Build OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures; integrate Salesforce with REST and SOAP APIs; and apply Salesforce security and data-model principles. Collaborate with stakeholders on implementations, preferably within Financial Services Cloud and wealth management environments.

Manage B2B marketing lifecycle operations, including lead capture, nurturing, segmentation, scoring, campaign execution, and sales handoffs. Build and maintain Pardot assets and workflows, monitor lead quality and funnel performance, troubleshoot Salesforce integrations, maintain data accuracy, and support campaign attribution, reporting, and marketing-sales process improvements.

Designs and implements multi-cloud data architecture solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Responsibilities include data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehousing, analytics platforms, governance, security, compliance, solution proposals, architecture diagrams, and cost models. The architect participates in hands-on development, pre-sales and RFP responses, client engagement, mentoring junior architects, master data management, SaaS tools, and AI integration.

Design, develop, and optimize secure, scalable cloud data platforms and ETL/ELT pipelines across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Write Python and SQL, implement data governance and quality controls, optimize performance and costs, and support analytics and BI layers. Contribute to architecture, pre-sales demos, proofs of concept, and client discussions. Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

Owns end-to-end technical solution architecture and delivery for cloud-based data projects. Designs Azure data warehouses, data marts, databases, ETL pipelines, and ingestion solutions; translates requirements into SQL and ETL code; documents architecture and detailed designs; coaches implementation teams; manages project resources; supports testing, governance, proofs of concept, and client delivery. Collaborates with project managers, business analysts, DBAs, data scientists, clients, and global teams while enforcing development standards and deployment practices.

Maintains, cleans, manipulates, and secures operational and analytics databases. Designs scalable data pipeline architecture, builds complex data sets and analytics tools, automates manual processes, improves infrastructure, troubleshoots database issues, and supports software engineering, data science, analytics, product, design, and executive stakeholders.
