Manage cross-functional workstreams, roadmaps, risks, testing, cutover and go-live readiness, documentation, governance, and stakeholder communications while driving standardization and continuous improvement across international teams.

Supervises Account to Report accounting operations, including general ledger, intercompany, fixed assets, month-end closing, reconciliations, reporting, and consolidation. Ensures compliance with GAAP, accounting policies, service levels, and KPIs. Leads issue resolution, process improvements, migrations, stakeholder collaboration, and team development. Advance Global ICS digital maturity by identifying manual processes, assessing automation opportunities, translating business requirements for Automation teams, and maintaining automation backlogs. Enhance Workiva automation and build integrations with SAP S/4HANA, Workday, and Anaplan. Document current and target workflows, support testing and deployment validation, coordinate with IT and ICS stakeholders, maintain SAP reporting expertise, and assist with GRC, Workiva, reporting, and other ICS operations.

Lead IT risk assessments, evaluate and document inherent and residual risks, partner with stakeholders to develop and monitor risk response plans, support enterprise IT risk and cyber security initiatives, maintain risk management procedures and best practices, and communicate risks across ITS and business units.

Manage accurate, timely payroll processing for European countries, ensuring compliance with local labor and tax laws.
