The Senior Manager, Controls Assurance performs control testing across technology, third-party risk, operational resilience, data, and privacy. The role supports issue assurance, validates remediation, identifies control gaps, improves control frameworks, and reports risk and control status to senior leadership. It requires strong knowledge of risk management, three lines of defence, IT risk, outsourcing, operational resilience, regulatory requirements, and third-party security risks, along with effective stakeholder management and communication skills.

Lead and operate Identity and Access Management activities including account lifecycle, access role definition, incident response, audits, stakeholder management, onboarding of applications, process improvements, security training, and team leadership. Act as project manager for IAM initiatives and ensure scalable, resilient, and secure IAM operations.

Build, run and maintain cloud data and analytics pipelines; develop code to standards; debug production issues and perform root-cause analysis; collaborate with stakeholders; improve processes and deliver cloud-based enhancements using Snowflake, Python, SQL and Databricks.

Lead and perform control testing across Third Party Risk Management, Operational Resilience, Data & Privacy; support development and improvement of control frameworks; track and validate issue closure; support remediation and reporting to senior stakeholders; oversee third-party resources and build stakeholder relationships to capture risk metrics and enhance IT risk landscape efficiency.

Lead and own finance platform support (ledgers, consolidation, reconciliation), manage vendor/service delivery, drive automation and SDLC best practices, ensure controls/compliance, oversee upgrades/patches and audits, and partner with stakeholders to deliver business-critical finance outcomes.

Lead and act as SME for Microsoft 365 collaboration services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune). Manage incidents, drive platform improvements, embed security/compliance, support identity and access processes, produce documentation, and lead a technical team. Partner with Architecture, Infrastructure, Security and Network teams, champion continuous improvement, and manage projects from ideation to delivery using Agile practices.
