Configure revenue policies and automation workflows, ensure compliance and revenue recognition accuracy, and integrate Oracle Cloud ERP modules with subscription contracts, billing processes, CPQ, Salesforce, and other third-party applications.

Manage production support and enhancements for Oracle Cloud ERP Finance applications, focusing on Order-to-Cash processes, Subscription Management, Accounts Receivable, and RMCS. Lead process design, solution architecture, configuration, testing, incident resolution, fit-gap assessments, data migration, and integration issue resolution. Coordinate cross-functional onsite and offshore teams, collaborate with business stakeholders, respond to support cases, and deliver requirements and solutions within service-level agreements. This role requires second-shift availability in IST.

Provide production support for Oracle EBS financial and procure-to-pay modules. Investigate user issues, troubleshoot PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, and workflows, and deliver reports, interfaces, customizations, and enhancements. Support financial close activities, patches, upgrades, UAT, regression testing, documentation, root-cause analysis, and Oracle Support escalations. Provides Oracle ERP functional consulting for Project Portfolio Management and Grants Accounting. Responsibilities include stakeholder management, requirements gathering, CRP facilitation, problem analysis, SQL querying, and technical design, development, deployment, and operation in Oracle EBS R12. Requires strong knowledge of financial modules, Oracle PPM and OGA, with familiarity with AIPS and PBCS preferred. English proficiency is mandatory, while additional IAEA languages and international financial standards knowledge are advantageous.
