Governs material master data through SAP MDG, reviewing and approving CRUD requests, defining data standards and quality metrics, identifying and resolving data quality issues, and reporting governance activities. It requires engineering or diploma qualifications, SAP MM training, master data management expertise, data cleansing experience, and knowledge of materials used in industrial sectors.

Lead store and inventory operations at a large site: define SOPs, manage inbound receipts, storage, issuance, and scrap liquidation. Oversee contract and asset management, ensure IMS compliance, support risk assessment and mitigation, drive team performance and development, and promote digital/AI adoption to improve inventory controls and operational efficiency.

Lead and execute mechanical maintenance for boiler pressure parts, coordinate outage activities, ensure equipment reliability, implement preventive and corrective maintenance, maintain documentation (SMPs, equipment history, MIS), manage spares and budgets, enforce safety and compliance (KRONOS, GENSUITE, CHETNA), support digitization and automation, and liaise with operations, stores, and contractors.

Manage site HR operations including onboarding, contractor labor management (CLMS/Kronos, Legatrix), performance & development support, compliance with labor laws, health & safety coordination, stakeholder engagement, and employee engagement event coordination.

Lead and manage the contract administration team; oversee negotiation, drafting, compliance, and dispute resolution; collaborate with stakeholders to develop contract strategies; review contracts for risk and improvements; implement best practices; coordinate with external parties; and report on contract performance and regulatory changes to optimize project delivery.
