Join as a graduate in project management supporting full project lifecycles across sectors (industrial, office, retail, fit-out). Duties include preparing project plans, monitoring time/cost/quality, tracking changes, stakeholder liaison, coordinating meetings, drafting minutes and progress reports, and implementing project controls while receiving professional training.

Participate in full project lifecycles across sectors (industrial, commercial, retail, fit-out). Support planning, progress tracking, cost and quality controls, stakeholder coordination, reporting, change tracking, and meeting management while receiving professional training and gradually managing projects independently.

Lead execution of commercial construction and E&M/data center projects, managing schedule, cost, quality, safety and compliance. Coordinate stakeholders, oversee site teams and consultants, maintain programmes, procure consultants, produce reports, and mentor junior staff to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Lead regional FP&A consolidation, forecasting, and performance reporting. Provide leadership-ready financial analysis, drive forecasting discipline, develop dashboards, support D365 migration, and manage/mentor FP&A analysts to standardise reporting and improve decision-making.

Lead end-to-end project delivery for manufacturing/industrial facility projects: coordinate stakeholders, drive site development and construction, manage risks, ensure regulatory compliance, administer vendors/contracts, and provide governance and reporting.

Support project delivery across the lifecycle by conducting research, maintaining documentation, tracking progress and KPIs, managing change control, preparing reports and presentations, liaising with stakeholders, attending meetings, and producing meeting minutes.

Lead end-to-end delivery of educational building projects from design through construction and handover. Manage client relationships, ensure heritage and regulatory compliance, coordinate consultants and contractors, monitor cost, schedule and risk, integrate sustainability objectives, run stakeholder workshops and site inspections, and report to senior leadership.

Lead end-to-end delivery of advanced manufacturing construction projects: plan, execute, monitor, and close projects; manage cost, schedule, risk, quality, HSE, commercial matters; coordinate multidisciplinary teams, support tenders and handovers, and mentor junior project managers.

Support Korea HR operations including end-to-end payroll processing with external vendor, onboarding/offboarding and HRIS maintenance, employee relations, compliance with Korean labor law, HR reporting, and participation in regional HR projects.

Manage day-to-day contract administration for data centre projects, oversee claims and dispute resolution, maintain documentation and correspondence, advise project teams on contractual risks/opportunities, support reporting, meetings, project closeout, and liaise with legal and stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance.
