Responsibilities include maintaining uptime, managing hardware and software assets, optimizing licenses, automating IT processes, overseeing cybersecurity controls and audits, implementing backup and business continuity plans, leading 24x7 operations, and managing cloud, data center, network, vendor, and emerging technology strategies.

Create and edit technical and business content, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, website copy, social media, sales collateral, and internal communications. Translate complex technology concepts into audience-friendly business value, collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, manage content calendars and approvals, maintain editorial standards and brand assets, and use performance insights and AI-assisted tools to improve content quality and engagement.

Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, partner with hiring managers on hiring strategies, source and assess candidates, coordinate interviews, manage ATS trackers, negotiate offers, reduce post-offer drop-offs, report hiring progress, and support employer branding and process improvements.

Own and execute the partnerships and alliances strategy across technology, cloud, SaaS, and platform partners. Build relationships, joint value propositions, co-marketing initiatives, partner pipeline, and revenue growth. Establish ecosystem governance, KPIs, reporting, incentive structures, and strategic agreements while enabling internal teams through training and certifications. Represent the company at partner events and collaborate with legal, finance, marketing, sales, and executive stakeholders.
