The Technical Project Manager supervises daily operations, manages team performance, oversees technology solution delivery, resolves operational problems, and maintains technical capabilities while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Develops and maintains automated functional and non-functional test suites using Python, Pytest, and API testing tools. Creates test strategies, plans, cases, harnesses, and infrastructure; integrates automation into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines; performs functional, performance, and resilience testing; documents and tracks defects in Jira and Zephyr; and collaborates with engineering and product teams to improve software quality, testability, and risk mitigation.

Own technical product backlogs and prioritize value-driven work for engineering and QA teams. Translate legacy batch processing and database workflows to GCP, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage capacity and velocity, coordinate dependencies, remove blockers, and create technical user stories, acceptance criteria, and data mapping documents. Partner with architects, technical leads, business stakeholders, and product teams across complex financial data platforms.

Manage uptime across AWS, GCP, and hybrid architectures; build infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, monitoring, runbooks, and observability tooling. Troubleshoot distributed systems, respond to high-severity incidents, lead blameless postmortems, reduce mean time to recovery, maintain Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure, and mentor other SREs.

Maintain infrastructure as code across public clouds, deploy and troubleshoot Kubernetes microservices, automate remediation and CI/CD workflows, manage observability dashboards and alerts, and participate in a 24/7 incident response rotation. Collaborate with development teams on outage analysis, postmortems, and preventative reliability improvements.

Design and independently deliver data analytics projects, using advanced statistical and programming techniques across complex data sources. Develop scalable solutions, visualize and communicate findings, recommend business actions, and influence implementation. Lead junior analysts, collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders, explore data monetization opportunities, and ensure compliant use of data assets through governance partnerships.

Design, develop, test, deploy, operate, and maintain cloud-native, high-scale applications and microservices. Integrate systems, participate in architecture and sprint ceremonies, triage and resolve production issues, and collaborate on scalability and CI/CD/infrastructure-as-code solutions.

Develop and maintain scalable applications across backend and UI layers. Responsibilities include coding, unit testing, deployment, documentation, performance troubleshooting, issue resolution, architecture discussions, system integration, and sprint delivery. The role uses modern practices including microservices, serverless computing, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, cloud platforms, and agile development. Engineers contribute to project planning, testing strategies, technical roadmaps, and operational excellence.

Provides end-to-end technical support for a Salesforce managed-package application. Resolves client incidents, diagnoses production defects, develops and deploys Apex, LWC, and Flow fixes, investigates API and data issues, and conducts root-cause analysis. Manages ServiceNow intake, Jira user stories, SLA tracking, reporting, Salesforce access provisioning, and license audits. Requires rotational on-call and weekend coverage, strong client communication, and Salesforce Platform Developer I and Administrator certifications.

Lead design, build, and production deployment of agentic AI systems on GCP. Architect scalable microservices, implement LangChain/LangGraph agents, establish MLOps and observability (Langfuse), mentor engineering teams, define SLAs/SLOs, and collaborate with product and SRE to deliver reliable, production-grade AI solutions.
