Lead design and development of high-performance real-time applications using UE4/UE5. Architect scalable systems, implement core features (rendering, physics, UI, networking), optimize CPU/GPU/memory and streaming, write C++ and Blueprint code, troubleshoot complex issues, mentor developers, and contribute to technical roadmaps and best practices.

Serve as the functional SME for Oracle HRMS/Fusion HCM, leading configuration, testing, support, upgrades, and continuous improvement across Core HR, recruiting, compensation, benefits, talent, and time modules. Partner with HR, Payroll, IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, maintain data integrity, develop reports/dashboards, and train users in a multinational environment.
