Senior Product Manager responsible for defining and delivering shared services for SailPoint’s enterprise identity security platform. The role partners with Product, Design, Engineering, and stakeholders to guide SaaS and cloud capabilities from discovery through launch, prioritize roadmaps, define requirements, track adoption metrics, and shape long-term platform strategy. The position is hybrid in Pune and requires approximately 15% travel.

Leads enterprise identity maturity programs in a client-facing advisory role. Partners with CISOs, IAM leaders, Technical Advisors, sales teams, and delivery partners to guide identity governance, AI agent security, program milestones, engagement health, and scope. Coordinates assignments, mentors team members, supports proposals, gathers client insights, and adopts AI-enabled operational tools while developing executive communication and practice leadership capabilities.

Develop, maintain, and execute automated, functional, regression, performance, and system-level tests for SailPoint IdentityIQ. Create test plans and cases, configure application and database server environments, debug product configuration issues, review technical documentation, and coordinate testing activities within Agile teams. Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, architects, and distributed stakeholders while supporting escalations and contributing to test strategy and roadmap planning.

Lead the architecture, development, scaling, and modernization of Java-based AWS microservices and full-stack web interfaces. Build RESTful APIs, responsive UIs, automated testing pipelines, telemetry, and continuous delivery workflows. Optimize distributed systems for resilience, scale, and low latency while driving architecture discussions, code reviews, technical sizing, and mentorship across the engineering organization.

Leads hands-on development of scalable Java and Go distributed systems, event-driven microservices, and cloud-native services on AWS. Defines architecture, technical roadmaps, and engineering standards; optimizes databases and streaming pipelines; contributes to testing, CI/CD, production support, and on-call operations. Mentors engineers, leads cross-functional technical alignment, and advances AI-assisted engineering practices across a multi-tenant SaaS platform.

Lead EMEA technical escalations for SaaS demo environments, diagnosing infrastructure failures, configuration drift, and service interruptions. Manage AWS EC2 instances and Systems Manager fleet operations, monitor system health, maintain SaaS tenants and integrations, and support identity configurations. Develop automation, test scripts, and orchestration playbooks to improve provisioning, reliability, and support efficiency. Partner with Sales Engineers and regional stakeholders while managing high-priority tickets and service-level targets.

Develop and maintain SailPoint Identity products by writing quality Java and JavaScript code, debugging complex issues, delivering enhancements and defect fixes, and supporting customer escalations. The role involves developing REST services and UI components, integrating databases and enterprise systems, creating unit tests, collaborating with engineering and product stakeholders, and gradually taking ownership of system modules in a hybrid Pune office environment.

Create and maintain SaaS administrator documentation, KB articles, and in-app content. Collaborate with product, engineering, UX, QA, and support; test and update docs for continuous delivery and beta releases; research unfamiliar topics to produce accurate, timely content.

Manage and secure a global enterprise endpoint fleet across Windows and macOS. Design and maintain Intune and Jamf Pro environments, administer device provisioning, compliance, patching, encryption, application deployment, and lifecycle workflows. Develop automation using PowerShell, Bash, zsh, and Python; troubleshoot complex endpoint issues; analyze fleet health; document root causes; support change and infrastructure projects; and mentor Helpdesk and Desktop Support teams.

Lead design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions, provide technical leadership on implementations and integrations, enforce development best practices, manage data modeling and migrations, optimize platform performance, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor developers to ensure secure, maintainable Salesforce architecture.
