Lead oversight and quality-control of third‑party risk programs, provide second‑line challenge to first‑line activities, interpret policies, advise stakeholders, coordinate limited projects, mentor junior staff, and ensure regulatory compliance across the third‑party lifecycle in a global financial services environment.

Lead enterprise disaster recovery (DR) testing strategy and execution across applications, infrastructure, cloud, and vendors. Define DR frameworks, runbooks, success criteria; validate RTO/RPO/MTD and data consistency; coordinate failover/failback drills; manage executive reporting, audits, remediation, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure regulatory and business resilience.

Perform business analysis for cash services change portfolio: elicit and document requirements, produce user stories and acceptance criteria, support Scrum team, validate business rules with data, review test results, and produce functional specs and user guides to enable delivery and adoption.

Lead design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise Kafka platforms across on‑prem and cloud. Drive hybrid Confluent architectures, automation/IaC and CI/CD for no‑touch operations, self‑service onboarding, multi‑region HA/DR, monitoring and security, capacity planning, L3 support, and mentor engineering teams to improve reliability and accelerate cloud migrations.

Lead cloud risk and control activities: advise cloud engineering and DevOps teams, assess cloud architectures for risk, design controls, lead remediation of findings, ensure compliance with CyberTech policies and standards, and enhance first-line technology risk reporting and metrics.

Lead third-party security risk assessments and monitoring, drive automation and process improvements, define KPIs/KRIs, build executive dashboards, review vendor contracts for security clauses, validate remediations, support incident response, and coordinate across lines of defense to meet audit and regulatory requirements.
