Supports Northern Trust’s Enterprise Risk Identification Program by facilitating risk assessments, maintaining the enterprise risk inventory, reviewing and challenging risk evaluations, preparing governance reports, analyzing risk trends, and developing dashboards. The role engages first- and second-line stakeholders, supports regulatory and audit inquiries, provides training, and contributes to methodology improvements, process transformation, and AI capability integration.

Design and implement automation and self-service capabilities for enterprise observability platforms (Dynatrace, SCOM, ServiceNow, OpenTelemetry). Build integrations, IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and Observability-as-Code practices to automate onboarding, dashboards, alerts, event enrichment, remediation, and operational reporting. Support platform modernization, AI-assisted automation, and operational excellence.

Provides infrastructure control and governance advisory support across project lifecycles and shared services. Reviews control design, operating effectiveness, planning artifacts, governance gates, issues, action plans, and audit evidence. Prepares KRI/KPI dashboards, executive reporting, assessment packs, and risk summaries while supporting documentation quality, traceability, and audit readiness. Coordinates TIPMO, ADO, infrastructure, control, and ICG stakeholders, participates in RCSA activities, and drives remediation and process improvements in a regulated technology environment.

Lead infrastructure database test strategy and delivery for patches, upgrades, integrations and emergency fixes. Manage test planning, execution, automation, incident/defect resolution, stakeholder reporting, and mentor a delivery team to improve quality and production stability using ITIL and automated testing tools.

Subject-matter expert in end-to-end private equity fund accounting and transfer agency activities. Acts as liaison between accounting and stakeholders, reviews deliverables, manages resources, drives system changes and testing (manual/automated), identifies automation opportunities, handles client/audit queries, coaches and trains staff, and serves as backup to the team lead.

Lead and execute end-to-end transfer agency operations (subscriptions, redemptions, conversions, dividends, cash management). Manage complex projects, process redesign, and MIS analysis. Provide subject-matter expertise, liaise with stakeholders, ensure regulatory compliance, meet KPIs, and coach/manage partner staff to drive quality and scalability across onshore/offshore teams.
