Lead the Automation Center of Excellence to design, deploy, and support automation solutions (RPA, Xceptor, Alteryx, Duco, OCR, Power BI, AI/ML). Manage projects, stakeholders, and teams; define KPIs and ROI, drive automation strategy, oversee resource prioritization, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable operational and cost efficiencies.

Lead architecture and design of cloud-native Java/Spring Boot microservices and full‑stack applications. Define HLDs/LLDs, cloud (Azure/AWS) architectures, containers/Kubernetes, event-driven patterns, and non-functional requirements. Provide L1/L2 production support for Xceptor workflows: monitor schedules, troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, manage deployments and configuration changes, coordinate with business users, maintain SOPs/knowledge base, participate in on-call rotations, and drive automation and continuous improvement.

Lead enterprise architecture for Global Engineering: define target-state architectures, roadmaps, reference patterns, and governance. Drive cloud-native, API/microservice, data, platform, and AI-enabled architecture; enable delivery through standards, reusable platforms, POCs, and training while aligning security, risk, and regulatory requirements.

Lead infrastructure quality engineering and automation for hybrid enterprise platforms. Architect IaC validation, CI/CD, microservices (Java/Spring Boot/MS SQL), cloud transformation (AWS/Azure), observability, and AI-driven automation. Mentor 20+ engineers, define KPIs, drive reliability, testing strategy, and cross-team collaboration for scalable, production-ready infrastructure.

Lead QA efforts to design, build and manage production-like non-PROD environments, provision and mask test data, enable end-to-end testing across distributed microservices, monitor environment health, and support CI/CD pipelines while ensuring compliance and data traceability.

Lead PMO activities: gather project updates and risks, monitor portfolio productivity savings and financials, prepare dashboards and analyses using Excel/Power BI/Clarity, communicate outcomes to senior stakeholders, and coordinate global cross-functional teams.
