Lead advanced cybersecurity incident response, including alert escalation, threat detection, log analysis, malware and forensic investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery. Support threat hunting, improve detection logic and automation, maintain incident response playbooks, conduct regulatory reporting, and collaborate with engineering, legal, IT, and leadership. Mentor junior analysts and lead high-severity incident response activities across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Owns reporting and analytics for Mastercard’s Product Express platform. Translates stakeholder needs into scalable dashboards, metrics, and reporting solutions; monitors adoption and performance; analyzes data; and recommends operational improvements. The role also leads onboarding digitization, prioritizes platform enhancements, and identifies AI applications such as anomaly detection, automated insights, natural-language querying, and proactive recommendations.

Designs and oversees middleware architecture from concept through production delivery. Creates high-level designs, maintains technology roadmaps, evaluates new products, and ensures solutions meet performance, scalability, availability, security, and manageability standards. Partners with delivery, engineering, and operations teams, assesses technical risks, supports high-availability environments, and communicates complex technical concepts and architecture roadmaps to technical and business stakeholders.

Manage complex global mobility cases across relocation, immigration, and assignments within a shared services model. Ensure policy compliance, audit readiness, vendor coordination, and high-quality employee experience. Partner with cross-functional teams, leverage data to identify risks and improvements, and maintain accurate case documentation and governance.
