Build and manage qualified pipeline, maintain accurate CRM forecasts, develop territory strategies, cultivate client relationships, and identify upsell and referral opportunities. The role requires independent execution, collaboration with account management and other teams, informal mentoring, and ongoing overlap with U.S. Central Time business hours.

Own and administer Zoho CRM end-to-end: maintain modules, automation, integrations, and data hygiene. Read, debug, and extend Deluge/Node.js/Java server-side functions, improve integrations via Zoho Flow/APIs, document the system, and partner with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into CRM configuration.

Provide U.S. public-company corporate and securities legal support including SEC reporting, corporate governance and secretarial duties, cap table and financing support, M&A diligence and closings, equity compensation administration, entity maintenance, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HR, and other teams.
