Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable cloud-native microservices and automations on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure using Python. Manage application lifecycles, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes clusters; integrate with Oracle services (Autonomous DB, OIC, ORDS); perform observability, incident response, security reviews, code reviews, and technical documentation. Collaborate with business users, OTE teams, and vendors.

Lead design, development, and support of enterprise full-stack applications on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Collaborate with product, architecture, security, and vendors; build APIs and responsive UIs; maintain CI/CD pipelines; ensure secure, scalable integrations; manage releases, incident resolution, and technical documentation.

Provide production support for Oracle applications and extensions: monitor services, triage L1 incidents, coordinate code migrations and releases, validate deployments, run smoke tests, collaborate with integration teams, and support continuous improvement and automation.

Develop and implement global diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) programs; advise leadership and HR partners; deliver training and engagement; support employee resource groups; define DEIB metrics, reporting, and initiatives to embed inclusive practices across the organization.
