Process and reconcile India payroll through a third-party provider, including pay changes, deductions, taxes, benefits, accruals, journal entries, reporting, and year-end filings. Manage the payroll vendor relationship, monitor SLA performance, resolve tax and processing issues, support audits, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist employees with payroll inquiries.

Lead compensation strategy and execution across India & APJ: consult business leaders, design job architecture and benchmarking, lead annual reward cycles and M&A integration, ensure local regulatory compliance, and maintain compensation data governance using Workday and BI tools.
