Troubleshoots user, software, connectivity, and operational issues; manages upgrades, backups, compliance, and preventive maintenance. Assists with workstation, server, Wi-Fi, PBX, and point-of-sale implementations while minimizing disruption. Supervises, coaches, and develops IT team members.
