The Assistant Project Coordinator will support project operations, manage documentation, assist in defining project requirements, and report project status to the Project Manager.

Coordinate and manage bid and quote administration for market research and healthcare clients. Provide costing, feasibility, and RFQ responses; monitor bid volume and sales metrics; communicate with vendors and sales teams; organize bidding documentation and help kickoff projects to support outside sales representatives and ensure client satisfaction.
