Owns QAD Support’s AI roadmap and governance while coordinating cross-functional initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation, adoption, and optimization. The role manages milestones, dependencies, risks, stakeholders, vendors, success criteria, and measurable business outcomes. It also drives AI enablement, training, communications, continuous improvement, and compliance with security, privacy, legal, and data governance requirements. This is an individual contributor position requiring strong program management and practical AI knowledge, without hands-on AI development.

Own the enterprise-wide architectural vision for a cloud-native, AI-enabled SaaS platform. Define multi-year technical roadmaps, govern frontend, backend, microservices, APIs, and cloud standards, conduct design reviews, resolve performance issues, write reference code, and architect agentic AI integrations. Partner with product and engineering leadership while mentoring senior and principal engineers across teams.

Provides advanced technical and ERP support for QAD and Progress products, including installations, upgrades, configurations, database administration, optimization, backups, and troubleshooting. Handles complex escalated customer cases, documents solutions, develops training content, and collaborates with R&D, Product Management, and global support teams. Requires participation in rotating shifts, weekend coverage, and potential on-call support.
