Lead strategy and execution for HighLevels Agency Revenue Suite to drive onboarding, activation, adoption, retention, and revenue. Define measurement, experimentation, and health models with Data Science and Analytics. Own roadmap, stakeholder alignment, and mentor PMs while delivering measurable growth across SaaS Mode, Reselling, and Rebilling.

Lead product efforts for HighLevel's Creators learning platform, owning learner journey segments, roadmap execution, experimentation (A/B tests), UI/UX improvements, engagement and monetization initiatives, cross-functional collaboration, and metrics tracking to improve activation, retention, and completion at scale.

The role involves developing full-stack web apps, creating APIs, improving lead capture models, and collaborating across teams to enhance the Social Planner product.

Lead the testing and quality assurance for CRM core modules, mentoring SDETs, driving automation, defining quality strategy, and collaborating with teams to ensure release readiness.
