Lead strategy and execution for HighLevel's App Marketplace: grow GMV and developer ecosystem, own developer experience (APIs/SDKs/portals), set KPIs, build governance and discovery features, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor PMs to drive marketplace adoption and revenue.

Build and scale AI-driven workflow features: integrate AI into Email/SMS/code actions, implement RAG and knowledge-base solutions, develop data extraction, text-to-voice, and analysis tools, optimize low-latency APIs, and mentor junior engineers.
