Own the strategy and roadmap for HighLevel’s Custom Objects and CRM data platform. Define scalable entities, relationships, permissions, APIs, integrations, and data capabilities across workflows, reporting, AI, and other products. Partner with Engineering and Architecture on data modeling, scalability, performance, integrity, and platform extensibility. Lead discovery through delivery, adoption, and iteration while aligning cross-functional teams and measuring customer and platform outcomes.

Own the CRM Opportunities backend end to end, designing scalable data models, APIs, distributed workflows, event-driven systems, and background jobs. Improve performance and reliability for high-volume, multi-tenant SaaS workloads through indexing, sharding, caching, and query optimization. Build occasional Vue.js UI features, instrument production systems, and lead incident response and postmortems. Principal-level backend engineering role leading architecture and reliability for a global payments and commerce platform. Responsibilities include designing multi-tenant distributed services, payment orchestration, ledgers, reconciliation, APIs, schemas, observability, security, compliance, disaster recovery, and production operations. The role establishes engineering standards, mentors teams, supports hiring, drives technical strategy, and partners cross-functionally. Core technologies include Go, ConnectRPC, GCP, Kubernetes/GKE, Pub/Sub, Redis, MongoDB, Firestore, ClickHouse, and OpenTelemetry.
