Drive ACD/ACD features, softphone experiences, provider-agnostic middleware, IVR/Voice AI, device lifecycle and migrations while partnering across engineering, operations, security and GTM to meet platform KPIs and enterprise reliability requirements.

Own strategy, execution, and growth of HighLevel's RCS and rich messaging product line: roadmap, sender onboarding/verification, carrier/aggregator partnerships, market expansion, fallback orchestration, analytics, pricing, and go-to-market. Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce friction, ensure compliance, drive adoption, and optimize monetization while using data and customer insights to iterate and scale.

Lead Product Designer responsible for shaping product direction, elevating design quality, and mentoring designers across product pillars.
