Responsibilities include fleet mapping, equipment performance testing, design validation, technician training, fleet standardization, service-breakdown advisory support, product enhancement, compliance, and new product development.

Provides executive administrative and operational support to the Director of Operations and leadership team while linking the India plant with global headquarters. Responsibilities include calendar and travel management, plant KPI tracking, manufacturing bottleneck coordination, cross-functional project oversight, strategic capital project support, executive dashboards, governance, and monitoring engineering and procurement performance. The role requires influencing global teams, managing sensitive information, and supporting manufacturing, compliance, and operational improvement initiatives.
