Owns end-to-end telecom billing and BSS architecture across charging, rating, mediation, billing, payments, collections, revenue assurance, product catalog, CPQ, ordering, provisioning, and OSS integrations. Defines target-state and cloud-native modernization strategies, migration plans, APIs, events, data flows, and architecture standards. Leads design governance, vendor evaluations, stakeholder discussions, and implementation direction for large telecom transformation programs.
