Lead the branch’s sales performance, revenue targets, and P&L while overseeing sales teams and coordinating marketing, HR, administration, accounts, inventory, and operations. Monitor CRM funnels and dashboards, generate market enquiries, improve operational efficiency, maintain property inventory, and build team engagement and branch reputation. The role requires hands-on city-level leadership, strong negotiation and communication skills, and disciplined daily execution.
