Supports EDI configuration and business processes for North American sales organizations. Monitors and troubleshoots inbound and outbound transactions, maps data between internal systems and standardized EDI formats, manages access, and ensures compliance with industry rules. The role reports EDI KPIs, maintains process documentation, analyzes customer requirements, and applies Lean continuous-improvement methods to reduce errors and improve touchless order flow.

Manages warehousing and logistics excellence through process optimization, KPI monitoring, transportation and distribution planning, safety compliance, technology-enabled dashboards, and cost improvement initiatives. The role improves warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, fulfillment speed, stock positioning, and supply chain efficiency while coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking operational metrics.

Leads end-to-end freight accounting operations, including clearing, accruals, reconciliations, invoice-to-accrual matching, and SAP postings. Oversees period close, SOX controls, audit support, SLA/KPI reporting, exception resolution, and aged-balance reduction. Provides team leadership through work allocation, coaching, quality reviews, and performance management while partnering with Transportation, AP, Corporate Accounting, IT, and Master Data to drive process improvements and automation.

Owns and prioritizes the eCommerce product backlog, translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile teams. Partners with product, technology, UX, analytics, marketing, and business stakeholders to plan releases, facilitate Agile ceremonies, support testing and launches, monitor delivery risks, and drive adoption and continuous improvement. The role requires strong customer focus, communication, prioritization, stakeholder management, and digital product delivery experience.

Support global and regional procurement teams by delivering analytics, RFP/RFQ/RFI content, business cases, and scenario modeling. Lead agile sourcing projects, standardize sourcing analytics and templates, build e-sourcing expertise (Coupa), and contribute to capability building and continuous improvement of procurement playbooks.
