Supports APJ territory planning, Salesforce deployment, account routing, reporting, data hygiene, process documentation, and automation improvements. Partners with Field Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue Strategy, and Sales Systems while responding to routing questions and maintaining accurate account data. This early-career role requires Salesforce familiarity, spreadsheet skills, attention to detail, and clear asynchronous communication. Prior territory operations experience is not required.

Manages an assigned portfolio of customer renewals from initial tracking through on-time closure. Engages customers consultatively, identifies expansion opportunities, prepares renewal documentation, reviews usage and contract details, escalates complex issues, and collaborates with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. Maintains accurate CRM records, supports forecasting, prioritizes tasks within established processes, and develops skills for managing increasingly complex accounts.
